<p>This year the theme is self-care and self-love and will be presenting workshops on the topics of how to take care of your emotional, and physical well being!</p>=0D=0A=
<p>This is a one day conference where light snacks will be provided in the afternoon, and a buffet dinner will be served in the evening. Registration is free and we have a limited number of travel assistance bursaries for men across Vancouver Island as well as the Gulf Islands.</p>=0D=0A=
