DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:<p>MEC Victoria, with the support of CRD Regional Parks, is pleased to present Race FIVE: The Grand Banana!&nbsp; Join us in celebrating the spookiest time of year with a run - costumes encouraged!<br /><br />This race will see all 5k, 10k and Half Marathon courses on the trails around Elk Lake Regional Park, starting and finishing at Hamsterly Beach.<br /><br /><strong>Start Times</strong>:<br /><br />Race morning registration 7:00am-8:00am (Half), 7:30am-8:30am (5k/10k). <br /><br />Half marathon - 8:30am<br />10km - 9:00am<br />5km - 9:15am<br /><br /><strong>Cost</strong>:<br /><br />5K / 10K - $15 until Oct. 29. $25 on race day.<br />Half - $20 until Oct 29. $30 on race day. <br /><br />Online registration closes at 5pm on Thursday October 27th.<br />In-store registration closes at 5pm on Saturday October 29th.<br />Cash Only on Race Day!<br /><br />More race information and online registration is available at <a href="http://events.mec.ca/event/86986/mec-victoria-race-five-the-grand-banana-5k10khalf">http://events.mec.ca/event/86986/mec-victoria-race-five-the-grand-banana-5k10khalf</a></p>
