The 101 clinic is designed to go over basic details to help keep your bike in working order.<br /><br />Please note that all of our 101 clinics are a recommended prerequisite to attending one of our more advanced 201 clinics.<br /><br />Cycle Touring: What to Expect and How to Pack<br />&nbsp;<br />- How to pack for a cycle tour<br />- Equipment needed<br />- How to do on-the-fly repairs<br />- What to expect on your first cycle tour<br />- How to train and eat<br />- Route planning<br />&nbsp;<br />This is a knowledge-based clinic, and we will provide you with all the materials you might need.
