At a time of relentless attacks on democracy in Canada a broad civil society movement is needed more than ever to counter this government of the 1%. Making Waves will bring together environmental, health, youth, Indigenous and labour groups to fight back against Harper’s austerity agenda and mining and pipeline projects that threaten the environment.
