This course will provide students with simple, practical exercises to get started and keep work flowing. Learn how to develop your ideas by exploring the styles of an eclectic group of artists such as the Post-Impressionists, Surrealists and Abstract Expressionists. Course is delivered through slide lectures, readings and class discussion. Projects will include drawing, painting, mixed media and collage. The most important thing that you will discover from this course is that art is its own reward and you will gain the motivation to make art! Suitable for all levels.</p>
