In partnership with Nanaimo Ladysmith Schools and the Port Theatre, the Nanaimo Chapter of The Compassionate Friends have assembled a panel of experts to discuss this issue.  On the panel are representatives from SD68, RCMP, Youth & Family Substance Services Discovery - VIHA, VAST, Edgewood Treatment Centre and the Regional Coroner.  =0D=0A=

Also in attendance will be Floyd Wiebe, a speaker on the issue of drugs and gangs, who will be speaking to local students in the afternoon.  =0D=0A=
