DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:<p>Stand up paddle-boarding is an emerging global sport with a Hawaiian heritage. This activity benefits participants with a strong &lsquo;core&rsquo; workout, and is gaining in popularity as crossover athletes are training with SUP.<br /><br />This introductory course will teach about the subtle difference and styles of boards, paddles, and equipment.
