DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:<p>This free style of lantern making requires some dexterity and takes some time. A basic shape is designed with bamboo slates, a candle holder is fastened to the base, and the shape is covered and decorated with tissue paper.
