Knox United Church, is presenting a Special Celebration to raise funds for our local Refugee Family as we celebrate Canada's 150th Birthday.
=0D=0A=It will be held at Knox United Church, 345 Pym St, Parksville, on Sunday, January 29, 2017 from 2:00-4:00 p.m.
=0D=0A=The Tickets are $15 each and are on sale at the church office. A limited number of tickets will be sold, so be sure to get yours soon!
=0D=0A=In a coffeehouse style setting, this fun-filled celebration will be hosted by the Knox Choir, under the direction of Jenny Vincent.
=0D=0A=Plan to savour delicious Canadian-style desserts and beverages as you enjoy: musical performances – dancers - dramatic skits - poems, and a wonderful sing-a-long of Canadian folk songs, written by some of our greatest Canadian songwriters.
=0D=0A=One of the highlights of the occasion will be a “Lively” Auction of fun and nonsensical items up for bids! Join us for a fun afternoon of “Canadiana”, while supporting our local refugee family!
