In this 2 hour workshop, you'll learn all about the principles of detoxing, what foods and body care practices to incorporate in order to get the most out of your experience, how to adequately prepare the body, and how to transition into a more plant based diet.=0D=0A=

Cleansing with a buddy or in a group is way more fun and often leads to greater results. We have teamed up with Omtown's happiness project to bring you not just a workshop, but also a complimentary Detox Yoga class, led by Vinyasa teacher Andrea Dershin. Join us on June 6th to have your juice cleansing questions answered, taste all the yummy flavours and maybe even sign up for your best cleanse yet.=0D=0A=
