DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:<p>The Islands Celtic Festival is a free, small festival by musicians for musicians (the entire weekend) that has been going on for a very long time. Started on Hornby Island by Bill and June Cannon, it rotates annually between a North Vancouver Island locations and a Central/South Island locations. This year it's north.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>The only paid event is a concert Saturday night open to the public.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>The concert has performers from the festival and dancers from the area (Irish and Scottish). Black Creek Community Centre is accepting advance reservations for the concert at reduced rates.
