Fred Penner, acclaimed family entertainer and two-time Juno winner for “Best Children’s Album,” will be headlining the festival.  The festival will also feature children’s singer and songwriter, Shé, a mad science demonstration, face painting, arts and crafts, a bouncy castle, games, local food, and much more! =0D=0A=

The Island Children’s Festival proudly supports the Island Education Access Fund, which provides financial assistance to low-income families and children with special needs by helping them access support and education based on a model of caring, respect, and inclusion. =0D=0A=
