This is an opportunity to experience the process of Yoga Therapy while learning relevant and useful skills from both Yoga and Ayurveda. We will cover a basic understanding of some of the components of Classical Yoga such as the Kleshas, Gunas and Koshas, as well as the Ayurvedic Doshas.=0D=0A=

As you feel the benefits of these practices, you will understand their value and learn how to share them with others.=0D=0A=

The process is fun and interactive, and the environment at the Island Yoga Vista studio is nurturing and relaxing. The organic, vegetarian ayurvedic cuisine is excellent.=0D=0A=

***This weekend is also offered as the first module of the Professional Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist Apprenticeship, which will be offered annually. For Yoga Teachers registered with Yoga Alliance, this retreat can be accounted as 20 hours of continuing education credits. =0D=0A=
