=0D=0A=Mark making tools and ideas

=0D=0A=Cindy will also be teaching an Intro to Gelli Printing workshop for us two weeks prior to this class on Wednesday, July 9th, from 1pm-3:30pm, where you will learn how to make mono prints that you can then incorporate into your collage designs in this workshop! Sign up for one or both as you wish!

=0D=0A=Your favourite cutting tool(s) – scissors or Xacto knife with mat
=0D=0A=One or two glue sticks
=0D=0A=Optional – any images, papers etc. that you’d like to use in your creations (Cindy will have plenty of supplies to use in class)
=0D=0A=ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
=0D=0A=Cindy McMath has been doing something creative for as long as she can remember – everything from stained glass to bad knitting. These days, Cindy is passionate about colour, paper and paint, creating mixed media works in addition to her abstract painting practice. Cindy’s mixed media pieces have been featured in various publications such as Somerset Studio and her paintings hang in private collections in the US, Canada and the UK.
=0D=0A=Cindy is a member of the Federation of Canadian Artists, the Arts and Culture Colwood Society, the Saanich Peninsula Arts and Crafts Society, and is the member of the Art Rental and Sales Program through the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria. Cindy frequently shows her work in juried and non-juried shows throughout the Greater Victoria area as well as the Federation Gallery in Vancouver.
