Thinking that maybe there is a kinder way to be with yourself? To have your own back - emotionally? Over 400 studies have shown that mindfulness and self-compassion practice reduce anxiety, stress, burnout and shame while improving health and well-being.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>This introductory session will offer you an opportunity to dip your toe into the world of self-compassion. You will learn practices that you can take home and begin to use immediately for yourself - and others. Self-compassion is a courageous mental attitude that stands up to harm - the harm that we inflict on ourselves every day by overworking,overeating, overanalyzing, and overreacting.</p>=0D=0A=
