=0D=0A=Have you always wanted to learn calligraphy? It all starts with learning how to draw the correct guidelines, form the stroke sequence and be open to spending time on practice, just like taking up a musical instrument!
=0D=0A=In this two-part workshop series, we will concentrate on the formal style called Uncial. We will begin with a pencil then move on to a calligraphy felt marker. Other tools and supplies will be discussed.
=0D=0A=The fee of $80 per person includes your admission to BOTH classes in this workshop series on the following dates:

=0D=0A=Bring a pencil, ruler, eraser, 8-1/2" x 11" blank paper and $15 for a calligraphy felt pen, paper samples and instruction kit.

=0D=0A=Kathy Guthrie is a mixed media artist based in Victoria BC. She has been practicing art for over 30 years and her mediums of expertise include lettering arts, printmaking, collage and mixed media techniques and has participated in juried art shows across Canada.
