=0D=0A=Here's a fact: "Without vultures, the feral dog population in India grew to approximately 5.5 million animals, all thriving on the extra food [without the vultures]. Around 38.5 million more humans were bitten by dogs, leading to more than 47,000 additional human deaths from rabies. Studies now show that this cost the Indian economy more than $34 billion in medical expenses" (The Peregrine Fund).
