Local personalities will be put into our lock up. They can get early parole if they raise $500 in bail, if they can’t then they will have to serve their full term.

What is J.A.M.Z.? It is the dream of Jona Kristinsson. Jona’s work with Nanaimo’s youth over many years has showed her the positive impact that music and the arts can have on at risk youth. So the Indie J.A.M.Z. society was created.
=0D=0A=Indie J.A.M.Z. society strives to empower at risk youth through music, arts, and drama providing a safe space and resources for youth to develop and showcase music, arts and drama skills. Indie J.A.M.Z. hosts a free monthly drop-in program for youth between the ages of 13 and 25 at the Harbour City Theatre. The drop-ins sessions are presently music focused with the society working to expand the program’s offerings and the availability.
