Chef Joseph Forest invites you to join him as he continues his ‘Healing Cuisines of the World’ dinner workshop series. This month’s theme is the healing power of East Indian cookery. Come and explore the deep colours, diverse textures and rich flavours of India in this 4-hour hands-on workshop culminating with a sit down dinner prepared by the students.
