Fort Rodd Hill and Fisgard Lighthouse National Historic Sites and the Arts and Culture Colwood Society present IN SIGHT Festival, 2022 this September 10 and 11. This event provides an opportunity for locals and out-of-town visitors to experience arts and culture through personal engagement in one of Colwood’s most scenic settings. The two-day festival showcases local artists and cultural practices and is an opportunity for everyone to experience arts and culture through personal engagement.
=0D=0A=On Saturday (noon to 3 p.m.): Aerial acrobatics, art exhibition in three of Fort Rodd Hill and Fisgard Lighthouse NHS historic buildings and live music performed by the 5th (B.C.) Regiment RCA .
=0D=0A=On Sunday (10 a.m. to 4 p.m.): Attendees can experience local visual arts, including en plein air painters, local Indigenous artists and an art show. Visitors will have the opportunity to contribute their own creative brushwork in composing an abstract painting!
