Discussion will focus around Labour Relations; including a brief overview of the B.C. Labour Relations Board, Labour Relations Code and the Employment Standards Act. =0D=0A=

The collective agreement will be the focal point; what is the big picture? what is a collective agreement? who is responsible to interpret and apply the collective agreement? management rights clauses, just cause, progressive discipline, mitigating factors, and discussion about the grievance procedure and grievance meetings. =0D=0A=
