DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:Join us at the Harbour House Hotel, Restaurant and Organic Farm on Thursday June 20th from 3:00 to 5:00 pm for a free demonstration. This year’s spring honey crop will be uncapped, spun in a hand-cranked centrifugal extractor, and poured into jars for the kitchen to use. Visitors can observe the process and a few people can help with cranking the machine. Taste wax “cappings” – they are amazing treats! Free taste comparison of this year’s honey and the hotel’s 2012 Fall Fair first prize winner (just a tiny bit left). Rain or shine – this is an indoor event to be held in the hotel’s Orchard Room.=0D=0A=

Jack Woodward, owner of the Harbour House Hotel and third generation beekeeper, will be the facilitator of this demonstration.
