<p>The BC SUPPORT Unit is one of eleven SUPPORT Units established across the country as part of the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) Strategy for Patient-Oriented Research (SPOR). Our BC SUPPORT Unit helps researchers within the Vancouver Island region to streamline and increase their &lsquo;patient-oriented research&rsquo; studies. This course is intended to increase patient engagement in research roles beyond the traditional "study participant" role.</p>
