=0D=0A=Your registration includes medals to top-three men and top-three women in each race (numbers dependent) draw prizes, game ticket and reserved-in-advanced showers available. Entry also includes a souvenir race shirt.
=0D=0A=All abilities and ages are welcome.
=0D=0A=The course is flat, all grass and includes approximately seven laps of R.A.P. within the stadium grounds.
=0D=0A=For 12 and under, a kid's 1K run is available for a reduced fee. Sorry adults, the 1K is only for the kids.
=0D=0A=Beat the HarbourCats designated pitcher, who will run the race too and win a draw prize.
