<p>Zumba is an exercise fitness program, involved dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. Squats and lunges are also included.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Our Zumba Fitness Class is for everyone (except kids) who is interested in moving their body and getting in shape.We have a class every Wednesday at 12:30 at Luxe Studio's. Please come and join us then.</p>=0D=0A=
