<p>4:45 &ndash; 6:00 pm party at the Lewis Centre:<br />Have a howling good time at the annual children&rsquo;s Halloween Parade and Party on Wednesday, October 31. This free event is for children 11 years and younger with a caregiver and features Witches Brew Cafe, Family Photo Booth, Bouncy Castles, games and gooey things!</p>=0D=0A=
<p>5:00 &ndash; 7:00 pm at The LINC Youth Centre (300 Old Island Highway):<br />The LINC Haunted House features half the fright night for younger visitors. $2 per person or $5 per family.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Drivers, please be patient and alert while hundreds of small costumed characters walk around Downtown Courtenay.</p>
