<p>This program is put together to help get you started using a grief journal. We will discuss how to start, what it looks like and to provide yourself a space for genuine healing.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Participants will be provided with a journal, prompts and suggestions on how to get started.</p>=0D=0A=
