VIP Reception – for Deloitte National sponsor guests, Gold Sponsors, Event Benefactors, Olympian Table buyers, and Olympians in attendance
5:45 PM – Stand up cocktail reception featuring 2013 Gold Medal Winner, Brian Skinner from the Acorn in Vancouver. Bar Note: for VIP guests the chef’s stations open 15 minutes early!
The Competition – General Admittance for corporate table and individual ticket buyers
6:30 PM – Stand up reception format where guests will sample the amazing dishes prepared by the competing chefs paired with a Canadian wine, beer or spirit of their choice. A silent auction of rare wines and other experiences will also be featured.
The Celebration – All Guests
8:15 PM – Seated format featuring live entertainment, Olympian interviews, Live Auction featuring regional items and the infamous Gold Medal Plates Adventure trips and the grand finale of the crowning of the Gold, Silver and Bronze medallist chefs. For 2014 trips will include Big White (February), South Africa (March), Tuscany (April/May), Provence (May), Scotland (June) and new this year New Zealand (March)!
