Come to our beginner class and learn how to make celiac-friendly treats like cookies, muffins and breads. After the class we will eat the meal we have prepared! The class will be led by Penny Stevenson who is very experienced cooking for Celiac and gluten intolerant diets. Come away with new recipes and some ideas!=0D=0A=

Demonstrating a gluten-free meal for celiacs, those who require/prefer to eat gluten-free, or anybody interested in knowing more about what to cook for this requirement.  The class is free but please contact to register so that we can purchase the quantity of food needed.
