DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:The week-long Geneskool summer day camp, running from July 7th – 11th at the Vancouver Island University International Centre for Sturgeon Studies in Nanaimo, offers students that have completed Science 9 an opportunity to experience the exciting world of biotechnology, pathology, forensics, genetics, genomics and microbiology while having fun! Hosted at the VIU Nanaimo campus, students will work in state-of-the-art lab facilities and learn the molecular biology techniques that scientists use every day.
