DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:People come for the delicious wild barbecued salmon, AND the great music. Performers are local musicians of all ages, and also musicians who have lived on Gabriola. Music starts at 4 PM and goes until 8 or perhaps 8:30 at the latest.=0D=0A=
There are raffle prizes of donated crafts and services from Gabriolans who care about the hall. =0D=0A=
For those coming from Vancouver Island, if you want to catch all the great music, the ferry leaves Gabriola at 8:50 PM. It only takes a maximum of 15 minutes to drive to the ferry from the community hall. Come early in the day, perhaps to catch the weekly Saturday Farmer's Market just up the hill from the ferry from 10 AM until 1 PM. There is plenty of time to see some of Gabriola's beautiful beaches before making your way to the Salmon BBQ at 4 PM.=0D=0A=
