<p>The first part of the session is facilitated by Lisa Mort-Putland, Executive Director of Volunteer Victoria, and focuses on Grantwriting Basics. This session will be helpful if you are new to fundraising, or need a refresher as you build your own grant requests.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>The second part of the session, which includes a light lunch, will introduce members of the Greater Victoria Community Funders network. Meet their community liaisons, learn more about their organizations mission, and gain insight into what they are looking for.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Participants will have an opportunity to:</p>=0D=0A=
<p>gain key insights for guiding future grant proposals</p>=0D=0A=
<p>develop a greater understanding of funder perspectives in Greater Victoria</p>=0D=0A=
<p>share your future learning needs with the Greater Victoria Community Funders Network</p>=0D=0A=
<p>network with your professional associates working in community.</p>=0D=0A=
