The Anam Cara Health Collaboration provides a solution. This group of local health practitioners is offering a Free Community Health Day on Saturday, April 26 for Comox Valley residents who want to explore healthcare options.=0D=0A=
A wide range of workshops and one on one sessions are being offered by eight local practitioners in two locations. Pre-registration for all sessions is required and donations will be gratefully received.=0D=0A=
The workshops  being offered at the   House of Now, 536 Fifth St, Courtenay are from 10 am to 3pm. Learn about the Bach Flowers with Sarah Brune, Earth Dance Kigong with Arrow Gonslaves, Food for Thought (Nutrition) with Melanie Bagley, and the importance of Earthing our Energy with Christina Nienaber-Roberts.
