<p>Free-B is Victoria&rsquo;s favourite summer film festival, bringing families and film buffs together to relive classic crowd-pleasing films that are sometimes kitschy, but always fun.</p>=0D=0A=

<p><strong>Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (Sat Aug 10), </strong></p>=0D=0A=
