We achieve proper alignment of the spine reducing degeneration through aging. We develop coordination, balance and improved concentration. Open to all who are interested in obtaining better health through exercise.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Come join us at the Open House where there will be ongoing demonstration of 108 moves, light refreshments and a chance to meet and talk to others practicing this art.</p>
