On Saturday June 22, 2024, Fitness and Family Fun is a morning full of fun and exercise to help raise funds for the Rotary Club of Lantzville.

=0D=0A=There will be tents to help create shade and space participants out on the field. Our DJ, Stephen Cochrane, provides fun m
=0D=0A=usic to get everyone moving. Recommended donation to the event is $20/class. This year part of the proceeds of this event will be going towards the Nanaimo Hornet’s Mini Rugby program. This program is a inner city school outreach program targeting kids who cannot otherwise access sport and physical activity. Drew Cooper, the organizer of this program will be running a rugby clinic for kids so families can come out and see how their program supports physical literacy.

=0D=0A=Pacific Sport is once again sponsoring the Kid's Fun Run which is an obstacle course with a variety of activities. We will have cardboard city once again since it was such a hit with the kids! A few more ideas will be added as the event comes together! Keep checking for more updates!
