Pianist Sarah Hagen brings a cheerful programme of piano works inspired by birds and birdsong to Comox United Church on Tuesday morning, July 4 at 10:30 am. This promises to be a morning of joyous music by Schumann, Messiaen, and Liszt, amongst others, and insightful commentary peppered with a dash of humour.
=0D=0A=From the Comox Valley, Hagen enjoys a rich and diverse touring life across Canada and internationally as both soloist and humorist. A three-time Music PEI Award winner and four-time East Music Award nominee, Hagen’s upcoming season includes a tour of Sweden with cellist Marit Sjödin as well as concerts across Canada and throughout the United States.
