Add your favourite recipe or wackiest culinary creation to this mammoth-sized feast. Button-making: To begin your inquiry into food production and consumption, create your own unique button with a food-themed design of your choosing. Where Did It Come From?: Which country produces the most apples each year? How many varieties of cucumbers are grown? The answers may surprise you. Uncover the origins of our food through hands-on interactives, a trivia quiz, and a “Which is Local?” vote. Food as Artifact: “Produce of Vancouver Island,” “It’s Not Easy Being Greens,” “PB & J Dissected” – what food-themed exhibition would you design?
