<p>Nanaimo's young fiddlers have been invited to perform at this wonderful festival in the dead of the Yukon winter, and we are so excited for them. But ..... a trip like this costs money.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>What better way to raise funds than to share the amazing talents of the performers themselves? Fiddelium and Junior Fiddelium will present an hour-long show of exciting music drawn from global fiddle traditions. The show features everything from a traditional Scottish strathspey to a 1960s jazz number.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>If you are not familiar with Fiddelium, this is a pre-professional string ensemble playing at a very polished level. Each spring they present a full-length show at the Port Theatre which has sold out each and every year. They are a group of young people that Nanaimo should be very very proud of!
