This is a bursary program which provides support to women who are en route to financial self-sufficiency through training, education, personal or career development or other life-changing opportunities. The event consists of dinner, cocktails, silent auction, a fashion show featuring well-known community figures as models, live music and a 20-year WIN retrospective. =0D=0A=
