Courtenay Recreation Lewis Centre and The LINC Youth Centre are the places to be on Monday, February 12th for FREE Family Day fun!
=0D=0A=The LINC Youth Centre (300 Old Island Highway) opens from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Come try everything The LINC has to offer including ping pong, air hockey, foosball, pool tables, karaoke, concession, outdoor basketball, scootering and skateboarding.
=0D=0A=The Lewis Centre (489 Old Island Highway) opens from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm and offers family games and activities. Throughout the day enjoy family fun with inflatable activities and games for all ages, a Youth Zone, concession services (cash only please).
=0D=0A=For active fun, Family Gymnastics will be available from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm with 30 minute sessions available. Full set-up of equipment including trampolines and bars will be waiting for you. Gymnastics staff will be on hand to ensure participant safety.
=0D=0A=As well as the activities already mentioned, there will be an arts and crafts room to spend some quiet time as a family making great projects to take home. Tweens and teens will also enjoy hanging out in the Youth Zone and trying out some active video games and painting fingernails.
=0D=0A=Please note that Squash and the Wellness Centre will be open on Family Day from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm (regular fees apply).
