<p>The Capital City Syncopators play prohibition-era jazz and country swing but with a distinct modern edge. This eccentric 5-piece band plays hot jazz, novelty songs, and hits from the 1980's. All proceeds from this concert will go towards the UVic Matching Fund for Syrian Refugee Assistance.</p>=0D=0A=
