Come and join Paula Maddison at Fairburn Farmstay and Guesthouse and learn how easy it is to create your own cheese at home!<br /><br />In this workshop we'll explore soft cheeses: sour cream, cream cheese, butter, boursin and Fromage Blanc. The cost of this workshop includes mini-kit.<br /><br />Sign up early as workshops fill quickly and there is limited seating. Deposit required upon registration.<br /><br />Please note that store bought milk will be used in these workshops.</p>
