- Introduction to the plant, sea, and gem essences =0D=0A=
- Introduction to the 5 Elements of TCM=0D=0A=
-	Relationship between each individual essence and the element and meridians with which it resonates=0D=0A=
-	Signs and symptoms relating to each of the 5 elements and their related meridians=0D=0A=
-	Ceremony and ritual relating to each of the 5 elements=0D=0A=
-	Simple kinesiology to confirm essence selection=0D=0A=
- Client Consultation & Case Studies=0D=0A=
-	Various field trips to make essences, to interpret plant signatures and to listen to the flower and sea beings, including Botanical Beach=0D=0A=
-	Meeting the Avatars in the Old Growth Forest =0D=0A=
