This 1.5 hour workshop will be technique focused with 50% lecture and 50% drill work. All levels welcome. =0D=0A=

Prerequisite: Interest in improving snowshoe running technique.  Ability to run for 30 minutes is recommended although we will not be doing any distance running in this workshop.=0D=0A=
