Beginning paddlers are always welcome. Following the three hours of instruction, paddlers will have the option of joining the team and paddling on a regular basis at minimal cost. Phoenix Rising belongs to the Ergondragons Boating and Fitness Club (EBFC), a registered B.C. Society.
