=0D=0A=Under the tutelage of Dr. Louis Leakey, Biruté Galdikas, together with Jane Goodall and Dian Fossey, revolutionized our understanding of primates and what it means to be human. Today, Dr. Galdikas is the co-founder and president of the non-profit organization Orangutan Foundation International (OFI) and spearheads the movement to save orangutans and their habitats from extinction.
