DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:<p>Victoria Hindu Parishad &amp; Cultural Center ( VHPCC ), a registered, charitable, non-profit organization, is organizing its annual cultural program to celebrate Diwali, the most popular East Indian festival. Diwali is a festival of lights and this program will showcase a variety of Indian classical and semi-classical dances, Hindi and Punjabi bollywood songs, as well as other instrumental &amp; musical entertainment. Several talented local artists will be participating in this event to showcase India&rsquo;s rich cultural heritage to the community. This show has been organized every year since 1998 to bring cultural awareness to the population of Greater Victoria and Southern Vancouver Island.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>All tickets $20. Free tickets available for children ages 2 and under on lap. Please contact the UVic Ticket Centre to make arrangements. Please note, there is no scheduled intermission.</p>
