Each year, around the Valentines Day weekend, we hold a dinner that features foods that boost the levels of serotonin in the body. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that is reputed to influence levels of happiness and well being. We take foods that boost these levels and wrap them in a layer of comfort and excitement for your tastebuds. The result = happiness. Come join us in our social experiment to enliven a winter evening on the farm with great local food and harmonious company.

– Smoked oysters with seaweed jelly
– Soba noodle salad with pine mushroom and avocado
Plates:
– Pan-fried oysters with celeriac and five spice puree
– Braised and smoked duck soup with barley, root vegetables and herbs
– Marinated sablefish with sake lees, big leaf maple and soy – served with Japanese vegetable cakes and braised greens with garlic and crispy onions
– Chocolate and hazelnut tart with truffle honey mousse
