Diane A. Ross is a speaker, writer and executive coach. She graduated from UBC in 1989 with a combined B. Comm (Honours) and law degrees. She has extensive knowledge and training in communication, negotiations and conflict resolution. =0D=0A=

Diane works with professionals to help them gain the confidence and skill to succeed in their difficult conversations. Her experience includes: 14 years’ experience as a litigation lawyer; a Certified Executive Coach designation from Royal Roads; training as a negotiator and mediator at the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School; and starting and managing two businesses. Diane’s first book The Elephant in the Office – Super-Simple Strategies for Difficult Conversations was published in May 2013.=0D=0A=
